At Distinctive Dar’s Decor and More, we carefully prepare and package each order to help ensure it arrives safely.

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom, handmade, or personalized items may require 5–10 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on the item and order volume.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location, the carrier, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Delays may occur because of weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to help resolve the issue.
